Founder & Managing Partner
Meet Patti Gary
“Responsible growth begins with experienced perspective, thoughtful collaboration, strategic insight, and alignment of expectations.”
Patti Gary, RN, CWCN, Founder and Managing Partner of Clover Clinical Solutions PLLC, a specialized healthcare consulting firm focused on companies marketing cellular and acellular tissue-based products used in wound management, surgical reconstruction and other surgical procedures, including women’s health and urogynecology.
With decades of healthcare experience spanning ICU nursing, sales, national and corporate accounts, and executive Clinical Affairs leadership, Patti brings a unique perspective to the clinical, commercial, and compliance challenges facing tissue-based companies.
Throughout her career, Patti has worked with both emerging healthcare companies and large national organizations, supporting initiatives related to HCP / KOL engagement, reimbursement strategy, education and training, market development, and compliance-focused programs. Her experience includes development of HCP/KOL engagement programs and professional education, reimbursement and market access initiatives, training and education programs, and compliance-related frameworks designed to support responsible commercialization practices.
Patti understands the importance of aligning clinical evidence, healthcare professional engagement, reimbursement considerations, and commercial strategy to support successful product adoption, advocacy, and sustainable organizational growth.
One of the foundational principles behind Clover Clinical Solutions is her belief that some of the most valuable opportunities in healthcare are not always the most obvious. Many organizations are focused on existing markets while overlooking emerging clinical applications, underserved specialties, educational gaps, and strategic opportunities that could significantly expand the impact of their products. Patti founded Clover Clinical Solutions to help organizations identify and capitalize on those opportunities while navigating the increasingly complex regulatory, reimbursement, and compliance environment surrounding healthcare commercialization.
Her approach combines strategic thinking, clinical credibility, operational understanding, and practical execution. Patti is known for building collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams, fostering alignment of expectations, and helping organizations translate innovative healthcare technologies into meaningful clinical and commercial success.
Patti is a graduate of the LSUMC School of Nursing and holds credentials as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN).
